Goat Yoga
Enjoy a yoga class with your team and the cutest miniature
goats in a tranquil farm setting. Our class combines the
therapeutic effects of animal interaction, and the mental and
physical realignment from yoga and meditation. Go back to the
office refreshed and ready to tackle the workload!
Team Building
Come out to the farm for a few hours of team building. Our
team building program includes a goat yoga class where
individuals are teamed up for poses requiring a teammate that
promotes working together under the careful eye of our cute
little goats. Following this class is a farm scavenger hunt and
lunch.
Yoga & Meditation
Bring the team out for a refresh of the mind, body and soul.
Enjoy an hour of yoga followed by meditation to clear the mind
before heading back to the office. We offer this program at
the farm or at the office.
